Challenge 25 Policy

Fable Brewery operates a strict Challenge 25 age verification policy for all online sales of alcohol. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Age Requirement
   You must be 18 years old or over to purchase alcohol from our webshop. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally entitled to buy alcoholic products under UK law.
2. Challenge 25 at Delivery
   All deliveries of alcohol require an over 18 to receive. Our couriers operate a Challenge 25 policy and will request valid photographic ID if the recipient appears to be under 25 years of age.
   Acceptable forms of ID include:

   ·        European National ID Card

   ·        Ministry of Defence Form 90 (Defence Identity Card)

   ·        Passport (UK or International)

   ·        Photo Driving Licence (UK or European)

   ·        Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) card

   Alcohol will not be delivered to anyone under 18 or to anyone unable to provide acceptable ID upon request. Delivery shall only be made to a physical residential or business address. Delivery of alcohol shall not be made to public places.

3. Failed or Refused Deliveries
   If delivery is refused due to lack of valid ID or suspected underage purchase, the order will be returned to us. Refunds will be issued at our discretion and may exclude shipping and handling costs.
4. Prevention of Proxy Sales
   It is an offence to purchase alcohol on behalf of someone under 18. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect it is intended for a minor.
5. False Information
   Providing false information in order to purchase alcohol is a criminal offence. Any attempts to circumvent our age-verification processes may be reported to the relevant authorities.
